AU Watch is an independent African NGO exclusively pursuing goals that immediately serve Africa. Its initial goal of monitoring the AU and AUMS and holding them accountable to the standards they have set for themselves have expanded to encompass programs to relieve the causes of poverty and climate change. Current programs include projects for good governance and anti-corruption, eradication of poverty, human rights, campaigning for gender justice and other social justice issues. We receive generous donations and sponsorships from individuals, foundations, leading corporations, foreign government agencies that share our commitment on the work we do on the AU and related issues, and who value the quality, independence, and impact of our work. We understand that without your support we are not able to do as much as we would love to.Whether you want to host an AU Watch event or organize your own event, every penny you raise will help us make a difference.

There are many different ways to fundraise for our work, from fundraising at the numerous family and community events we have in Africa, to shopping online and even selling on platforms like eBay:

• Give freely: Thousands of stores are willing to donate a percentage of your total bill to good causes at no extra cost to you when you shop online. You may need to ask them for the service.
• Ebay for charity: If you’re selling items on eBay or another platform, you can donate a percentage of your sales to AU Watch, and include Gift Aid!

• Give an unwanted item: Turn any of your unwanted items into cash for AU Watch. No item is too big or too small.
